I am a couples and a sex therapist who enjoys working with folks to understand themselves and their relationships better. My goal is to make you feel seen and understood and to help foster your personal and relational growth. Working with me means discovering your strengths, building your ability to connect deeply, and learning to tap into your empathy, all while adding those skills to your ever-growing emotional toolbox. I believe that it is important to see the therapeutic relationship as collaborative– I am by your side as a teammate while you learn and grow as an individual and in your relationship.

My practice is based on attachment theory and emotionally focused therapy. I gently and carefully challenge, all while being understanding in the process. Authenticity is valued in this space.
