My therapeutic style is collaborative, warm, and relational. I believe that in order to create an environment of healing, you need to feel supported and heard by your chosen therapist.
My attunement to my clients allows me to connect deeply and as a result uncover blocks that are getting in the way of how you want to feel. We will work together to better understand your worldview and value system to guide you toward important insights, and to provide you with tools that can be applied to your day to day life. In my work with couples, I facilitate better ways to communicate, resolve conflict and feel more connected to each other.
Much of our pain comes from unprocessed feelings – we will uncover your invaluable emotions that are in need of attention with curiosity and compassion.
