I'm a psychotherapist specializing in workplace and career issues, with a passion for helping people create a more balanced and meaningful connection between their work and personal lives.
Our careers don’t exist in isolation; they shape, and are shaped by, our relationships, identities, and overall well-being. With that, I approach career expansively and regard career as more than just a series of jobs—it’s the evolving path of how we engage with the world through our skills, values, passions, and responsibilities. It includes paid work, but also the roles we take on in our communities, families, and creative lives. Our career reflects our growth over time, shaped by our choices, opportunities, and even setbacks. It’s not just about what we do for a living, but how we seek purpose, connection, and a sense of contribution in all areas of life.
My therapeutic approach is both compassionate and direct. I value working collaboratively to gently explore how you move through the world—at work, in your community, and in your personal life. With a background in organizational psychology, I bring a deep understanding of how our careers shape and are shaped by our relationships, mental health, identity, and sense of belonging. I specialize in supporting clients through work-related stress and burnout, identity and career decision-making, and navigating the complex relationship we have with work—especially how it intertwines with the rest of our lives.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply searching for more alignment, I offer a supportive space to explore what truly matters to you. Together, we’ll work toward integrating your career with the rest of your life in a way that feels authentic, sustainable, and fulfilling.
