I am a licensed therapist specializing in integrative, trauma-informed, and person-centered care. I believe that genuine connection is the bedrock of lasting healing. Drawing on evidence-based techniques, such as somatic regulation, cognitive reframing, and mindfulness, I’ll help you nurture your emotional needs, soothe an overactive nervous system, and build sustainable coping skills. Together, we’ll uncover patterns of thought and behavior that no longer serve you, replace them with strengths-based strategies, and cultivate a values-driven life that feels meaningful and aligned.

Whether you’re coping with anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or chronic stress, my collaborative approach is tailored to your unique experience. My goal is to empower you with practical tools and deep self-understanding so you can move forward with confidence, resilience, and lasting change.
